Individualized Service Options
We offer Individualized Service Options throughout the Twin Cities Metro and St. Cloud areas. Our goal is to support an individual’s independence in their own living environment. We provide unit based services including 24 hour emergency assistance which provides both security and the flexibility to enable support to be customized on an individual basis. Each person has a support plan that is developed collaboratively in a person-centered approach.
