Introduction
You can make a difference. You employ them, we provide the support! Many individuals who have suffered brain injury want to return to work in their communities. Mary T. Maryland has created partnerships with community employers to assist individuals in returning to work.

Our goal is to meet the needs of our participants as well as our community. Your company can join us in making a difference!
As a partner
At no cost to an employer, Mary T. Maryland provides on-site and off-site support to our participants and the employers for whom they work. Each person hired has a job coach who provides:
Transportation to and from the job site, ensuring punctuality and attendance
Resources for the employer and employees on brain injury related issues
Assurance that the employee is trained and performs their duties
Tax credits are available to employers who hire individuals with disabilities.
