2. What is a “tax credit” villa?

Each year the governmental agency sets the rates for the rent amount and also provides the guidelines to follow in the annual income amounts. It varies from state to state and also county to county.The guidelines for the program are outlined in Section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code. Our villas are great places, with livable rents.

3. Can “home health care” be delivered to our Villas of Mary T.?

Yes, we offer a continuum of care in addition to housing, that includes services to our tenants through our Mary T. Home Health and Hospice teams. We offer this service in Minnesota.
