Structured Day Activities
Structured activities are available to provide educational, rehabilitative, vocational, social, and independent living skill opportunities throughout the day. Nursing staff provide regular health assessments while our staff ensure access to community medical resources.
Mary T. Inc. has been providing skilled nursing services to individuals with disabilities in group homes and in the community since 1976. Our RNs and LPNs bring years of experience and a holistic approach to ensure both comforting and highly skilled healthcare services. Inc. is recognized as a leader in providing services to those with disabilities and complex secondary medical conditions.
Mary T. Inc. develops individualized multi-disciplinary service teams drawing from a number of Mary T. Inc. professionals including RNs, LPNs, Behavior Analysts, Dieticians, and service coordinators, as well as others from the community such as neuro-psychologists and physical therapists. The team consults on a monthly basis to review progress and plan next steps.
