Medical Insurance

My Plan by MEDICA provides Mary T. Inc. employees with the choice of 20 different health plans through five different networks. The choices include traditional plan designs with lower deductibles, office visit co-pays, and Rx co-pays, as well as a range of high deductible health plans, that qualify for a health savings account. Mary T. Inc. will make a defined contribution of dollars for us through a My Plan by MEDICA account. You use these dollars towards paying for the cost of the My Plan health option that you choose.

Consult-a-Doc

Mary T. Inc. has partnered with Consult-A-Doc to provide you with a truly revolutionary health care benefit. You and your family can now consult with a physician 24/7 via telephone or secure e-mail. This benefit is paid in full by Mary T. Inc.

Dental Insurance

Mary T. Inc. offers Dental coverage through Guardian Dental. Employee and Mary T. Inc. share in the cost of the plan.

Life Insurance

Employees are eligible for $10,000 of Group Term Life with Accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) paid for in full by Mary T. Inc. with an option to purchase additional coverage. Employees also have the option of purchasing life and AD&D insurance for spouse, domestic partner, and/or children.

401K Retirement Savings Plan

This plan is one of the most valuable employee benefits Mary T. Inc. offers because it provides a convenient, tax-advantaged way to save for your retirement. The Plan has a discretionary match component, with no vesting requirements.

Paid Time Off

Mary T. Inc. believes in a work-life balance. Employees begin earning PTO with their first hour worked and can access it upon completion of 90 days of service. Employees use PTO for vacation, personal, time, illness, and holidays.
